Matthew has worked in various Engineering Roles throughout the Steel, Paper and Chemical Industries. He has thirty years of experience in design and project management across various disciplines. 

Much of his recent career has been spent at Pacific Steel. Major projects during his career include:

• The building modifications and installation of two major overhead cranes for Pacific Steel.
• Installation of an updated Mill Speed Control Technology
• Structural Assessment and maintenance management of overhead cranes.

Matthew is a practical, hands-on engineer committed to solving the client’s problems. In terms of design verification services, every effort is made to ensure where equipment is non-compliant, design solutions are offered to enable compliance.

He specialises in smaller project work throughout the industry.

As an engineer with qualifications and experience across various disciplines, he can advise and assist those wishing to start projects.
